Rushyglen Ltd is made up of highly experienced property professionals and designers based in Edinburgh, in partnership with talented specialists and experts in fast-track construction, hotel industry interior design and self catering marketing and letting.

We have years of experience of the Planning system. We can't promise to overcome insurmountable planning issues but we do know that our product is attractive to planners, as "green" as we can make it and the very opposite of the chalets and log-cabins that have spread like a rash in so many country areas.

We also have many years of experience in country property so we have a keen understanding of the needs and aspirations of estate owners, farmers and developers. The Product 

Rushyglen has developed a delightful traditional looking (and 'Planner-friendly') cottage aimed at small families and couples. Too many currently available self catering cottages do not match the requirements of this market sector in terms of facilities, size and quality.

The Rushyglen cottage uses off-site construction and factory production to pass on to customers the benefits of very high quality, amazingly fast on-site construction, minimal dependency on site labour, and the purchasing power that comes from using standard components in a well worked out design.
